Develop and optimize deep learning models for computer vision tasks such as face detection, object recognition, NSFW content detection, and document analysis
Design and implement efficient image processing pipelines in Python for pre/post-processing operations using OpenCV and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Build and fine-tune vision transformer models (e.g. ViT-, DETR- or Swin-based architectures) for image understanding, detection, and classification
Develop advanced image content analysis capabilities: multi-label tagging, scene understanding, attribute and style recognition, visual similarity search, and content moderation
Use LLMs to enrich and interpret visual analysis results (e.g. generating human-readable descriptions, rules-based content checks, assisting with analytics and reporting)
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI to expose computer vision and transformer-based capabilities for real-time inference
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing features and develop new capabilities in our AI-driven solutions
Design and operate model serving solutions on our GPU/CPU infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency inference
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable code through comprehensive testing and documentation
Continuously optimize the inference process in machine learning models, improving efficiency, speed, and resource consumption
YOUR PROFILE:
Solid experience with computer vision applications, particularly using Python and frameworks like OpenCV and PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience working with transformer-based models, ideally including vision transformers (ViT, DETR or similar) and/or multimodal models
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering, tool-calling, or integrating LLMs into production services to interpret model outputs)
At least 2 of the following skills: OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Hugging Face Transformers, FastAPI, Docker
Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (DevOps experience is a plus)
Familiarity with CNN architectures and fine-tuning models for optimal performance
Expertise in optimizing model inference processes for better speed and resource utilization
Strong knowledge of designing and maintaining efficient model serving pipelines for real-time inference on our GPU/CPU infrastructure
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to drive forward AI innovation
Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of performance optimization and code readability
Knowledge of machine learning software development standards (versioning, testing, automation)
A hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for driving continuous improvement
